1. The petitioner admittedly has filed an appeal before the District Appellate Authority for the similar prayer.

2. Learned counsel submits that that writ petition was filed because the concerned District Appellate Authority was not functional. However, now it has now become functional. The petitioner may follow up his appeal pending before the concerned District Appellate Authority.
