This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.427 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that in the trial almost all the witnesses have been examined.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
