The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays to direct the respondents to issue original certificate of intermediate examination passed in the year 2014. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2022 without giving any explanation for the laches.

It is noticed that even the fees for getting the certificate was deposited by the petitioner in 2020 thereafter for two years he kept slept.

The writ petition suffers from gross laches and delay, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
