Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 186, 187, 188, 189, 307, 332, 333, 341, 353, 504, 323, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of the P.P. Damage Act.
Petitioner is a member of mob and he contends that there is general and omnibus allegation which occurred due to road blocked because of the death of a person in accident. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.43739 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
