For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ashok Kumar Kashyap For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Suresh Pd.Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under sections 341, 354-b, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that there is allegation against the petitioner that he had committed outrage of modesty with the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
However, considering that apart from having caught hold the hand of the informant, there is no other allegation against the petitioner and he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge provided if his case is not bifurcated for the purpose of commitment of charge.
