Petitioner seeks bail in Gobrahia P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 307, 302 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Allegation of committing assault is against Rudal Gope and Haribot on the order of Harendra Uraon. Police arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.38398 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Gobrahia P.S. Case No.01 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
