The petitioner, by filing this writ petition, seeks a direction to the Chairman and Secretary of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna / respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to issue 2nd copy of marks sheet of Maulvi examination to the petitioner, who had appeared in Maulvi examination in the year 1989 and passed the said examination by contending that the original marks sheet of the petitioner has been misplaced.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 has submitted that there is a provision to issue 2nd copy of marks sheet of Maulvi examination by the Madarsa Board. Accordingly, he submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to issue 2nd copy of marks sheet to the petitioner, who had appeared in Maulvi examination in the year 1989 and claims to have passed the examination after due verification.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 6 to issue 2nd copy of marks sheet of Maulvi examination to the petitioner, who states to have appeared in Maulvi examination in the year 1989 and passed the said examination,
