Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught just after the alleged occurrence of loot, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 58/2014 arising out of Azamnagar P. S. case no. 213/2013 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Katihar stands rejected.
