JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and firearm was recovered for which a separate case was registered. Petitioner confessed in the aforesaid case disclosing his involvement in the present case. In course of investigation, looted motorcycle and other articles were recovered from possession of other accused persons. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, it appears that except his confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12071 of 2015 (3) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.K. Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.
