JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Guddu Kumar and after that, petitioner was remanded in the present case from another case but, even then, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.Case No. 112 of 2015.
