Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 307, 506 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, 7 FIR named persons including these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod, sword and farsa.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35117 of 2022(3) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 this case. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the simple nature of injury, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P. S. Case No. 290 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
