JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for extension of time for surrendering. Last order was passed long back on 10.10.2018, vide Cr.Misc.No.61799 of 2018, whereby anticipatory bail petition stood disposed of on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners with observation to surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of the order. Now, after about one year from the earlier order, the petitioners have come for extension of time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53880 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Accordingly, there is no reason to entertain such petition.

The petition stands dismissed.
