Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Vivek Kumar @ Vicky when he was arrested in connection with another case. The confessional statement of co- accused Vivek Kumar @ Vicky led recovery of looted motorcycle from the house of other accused.

It appears that except the above stated confessional statement of co- accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
