Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17511 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 dated 30.04.2015, shows that charge has already been framed on 15.11.2014, two witnesses have already been examined and also the trial is likely to be concluded within six months. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
