2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Rev. No. 438 of 2022 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 04.04.2023.

3. Counsel for the petitioners has mentioned the grounds in paragraph-4 of this present application for restoration.

4. Accepting the said grounds, Cr. Rev. No. 438 of 2022 is directed to be restored to its original number and file and two weeks peremtery time is granted to remove the defects.
