Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 387, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents. A detailed F.I.R. has been filed for demand of ransom of Rs.10,000/- by a number of accused persons. The petitioner is one of them.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this

Since this case is of the year 2020 and this kind of criminal should not allow to roam freely in the society, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, is directed to take all steps available in law for arresting the accused persons of this case.
