The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased was married in the year 2012 with the petitioner and she was killed within one year of her marriage. Even her dead body was cremated without informing the parents of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased herself committed suicide. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is at its fag end and only three witnesses are left to be examined. Considering the facts aforesaid the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16705 of 2015 (3) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on bail in Tharthari P.S. Case No. 76/2014, corresponding to S.T. No. 70/15. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
