Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case no. 402/2015.
