After hearing the parties at length, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that since the departmental proceeding is still going on; for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner may be accorded liberty to approach before the respondent no.2, who shall consider the remaining grievance of the petitioner, apart from early disposal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9366 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 departmental proceeding.

3. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no.2 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In case such a representation is filed preferably within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall also be considered and disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. It is made clear, this Court has not made any observation on the merit of the case.
