The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner being the Chairman of PACS persuaded the complainant and others to deposit money in Central Co-operative Bank. The son of the petitioner was Manager, but after his death another sons of the petitioner alleged to have collected money from the complainant and others.

It is submitted that all money of the informant and others are deposited in the Bank and whenever the complainant and others want to withdraw the same, they can withdraw their amount.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014.
