The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case no. 2554C/2007, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the complainant and told that she is Dian. The petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
