Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State inform this Court that the petitioner has admitted in the writ petition that all the retiral dues has been paid to him and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph nos. 11 and 17 of writ petition, accompanied by a representation made by the petitioner, before the Engineer in Chief-cum-Special Secretary, P.H.E.D., Patna, Bihar. The representation has been brought on record by way of Annexure2 to the Writ petition. The petitioner is aggrieved only for non-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11384 of 2019(6) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 payment of certain amount on account of G.P.F. and interest @ 18% on delayed payment.

3. Considering the statement made in the writ petition, it is admitted that all the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has already been paid. However, the petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of interest on account of delayed payment as well as some calculation error in calculating the dues amount of G.P.F.

4. The petitioner, if so desire, may file a detailed representation before the Engineer- in- Chief-cum-Special Secretary, P.H.E.D., Patna, Bihar

5. The Engineer in Chief-cum-Special Secretary, P.H.E.D., Patna, Bihar, must ensure to dispose of the detailed representation of the petitioner already filed on 25.01.2019. If not disposed of and interest amount on account of G.P.F. has not been paid to the petitioner, the same may be paid to him within a period of six weeks.
