From the self-statement of informant Raj Narayan Singh, Officer-in-charge of Bhara P.S. it is apparent that from the joint possession of petitioner and his brother 10 Kg. of Ganja has been seized as well as ten plants of Ganja has also been found inside the premises. Petitioner's brother Rajeev Singh had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.14435 of 2015.

On account thereof, petitioner Lalan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.559 of 2014.
