2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner in the present case is seeking for a direction to the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of recognition to the petitioner school, namely, Ram Narayan Sanskrit Prathmik Sah Uchcha Vidyalaya, Village-Chupchupwa, P.S. Mairwa, District-Siwan.

4. Annexure 'R/B' to the counter affidavit is the decision of the Education Department contained in Memo No. 1333 dated 29.08.2023 by which the proposal for prior approval

Patna High Court CWJC No.18009 of 2018(8) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 of the Education Department which was sought for by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board has been refused.

5. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner, if so advised, may seek his remedy against the said memo of the Education Department in a duly constituted proceeding.

6. This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
