JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 63 of 2014 registered u/s 394, 411 IPC and 25(1-B) a/26/35 Arms Act.

As per the FIR while the informant was going to Muzaffarpur and boarded on a tempo, he was looted away of his articles by the driver and his associates, but when he raised alarm, Police Party reached there and all the accused persons were arrested along with looted articles.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for about one year.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. His prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16747 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 bail is rejected. However, if so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
