Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 354A, 363, 366 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he took the informant and pressurized her to marriage with co-accused Samir but any how family members of the informant came there and got released her from clutches of the petitioner and other accused. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant was in love with co-accused Samir and, as a matter of fact, she herself eloped and when she came in possession of her family members, she lodged this case as per direction of her family members. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
