The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 450/2019 dated 05.09.2019 (G.R. No. 4156/2019) instituted for the offences under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught while trying to commit theft in a shop. He is also alleged to have resisted his being apprehended and in the process injured a person. From his possession Rs. 3,000/- was recovered.

However, regard being had to the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32399 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 custody of the petitioner which is from 05.09.2019 and taking into account his clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 450/2019 (G.R. No. 4156/2019).
