Members of a banned organization (MCC) armed variously raided Jandaha P.S. premises and during course thereof, indulged in cross-firing, hurled bomb however on proper retaliation by the police personnel in self-defense they escaped therefrom. Moreover, in the head light of jeep three persons, namely, Rajo Sahni, Musafir Sahni and Ajay Sah were identified. Petitioner, who is not named in the FIR has been implicated in this case on the basis of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17328 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Rohit Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
