The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No.46 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366, 353(b)(c)(d)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 7, 8 and 18 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he along with three others while being drunk bodily lifted the informant, a minor girl aged about 15 years, put her in Bolero SUV and when she started shouting the vehicle speed away with three of the miscreants, but the petitioner could not enter in the Bolero SUV and was
