The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.05.2020, seeks bail in connection with Durgawati P. S. Case No. 135 of 2020 dated 24.05.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 379, 401, 413, 414, 419, 420, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Thus, the implication of the petitioner in the present case is only on the basis of suspicion.

In two other cases, in which the petitioner was earlier made accused, he has been granted bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 32430 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati P. S. Case No. 135 of 2020. The petition stands allowed.
