It has been alleged by the informant that his daughter, Sapna kumari has been enticed away by the petitioner. From Annexure-2, statement of the victim, it is apparent that victim on her own accompanied the petitioner, got herself married with him and was enjoying her marital status. She had further insisted upon to live with her husband instead of going back to her parents.

Thus, petitioner, Deepak Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P. S. Case no.07 of 2015.
