JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been paid the arrears of salary, however, he is not being paid the salary for medical leave. Per contra, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the District Magistrate, Banka has already passed a reasoned order dated 27.09.2018 wherein it has been stated that there is no provision for payment of salary in lieu of medical leave.

Accordingly, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with, however, the petitioner is at

Patna High Court MJC No.3011 of 2018(4) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 liberty to challenge the decision of the District Magistrate, Banka dated 27.09.2018.

The contempt petition stands disposed off.
