The present case was registered in the year 2010 against 40-50 unknown persons.

As per submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the name of the petitioner sprang up in the case on the basis of spy of police after five years of the alleged occurrence. It is also pointed out that petitioner was taken into custody and police got recorded his so-called confessional statement and except the aforesaid materials as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is nothing against him. It is submitted that so far as criminal antecedent of petitioner is concerned, he has been remanded in several other cases only on

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. case No. 243 of 2010.
