The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 496 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2019.
