One country-made pistol and ten live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 15-12-2014. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
