This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that petitioner assaulted the informant on his head by iron-rod with intention to kill as a result of which his head was broken and he fell down.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted under non-cognizable offence. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
