This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India. He further submits that though the charge-sheet has been submitted but no witness has been examined as yet.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner is in jail for valid reason. The trial has proceeded and one witness has been examined.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16781 of 2015 (4) dt.14-08-2015 connection with S. Tr. No. 351 of 2014 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial taking coercive steps against the witnesses for early disposal of the case.
