2. The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration and non-disposal of Appeal Case No. 265 of 2012, preferred by the petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher which is pending before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan.

3. Since the District Appellate Authority is the authority constituted under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching

Patna High Court CWJC No.9432 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 for adjudication of the grievances with regard to service conditions of the Panchayat Teachers, the District Appellate Authority is duty bound to consider and dispose of all the appeals filed before it.

4. In that view of the matter, considering the limited grievance of the petitioner for disposal of Appeal Case No. 265 of 2012, preferred by the petitioner before the District Appellate Authority, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Appellate Authority, Siwan to consider and dispose of Appeal Case No. 265 of 2012 preferred by the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law, if not already disposed off.
