Although submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seized motorcycle had been purchased from one Rakesh Kumar Gupta but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission and taking note of criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter that looted motorcycle had been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case no. 109/2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.
