The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 265 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his brother had affair with Saharbano and the family members of Saharbano did not like it. It is alleged that the petitioner with the help of others killed his brother.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name figured in the case in the confessional statement of Saharbano. The petitioner is relative of Saharbano. There appears no eye-witness of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
