Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 604 of 2018 arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.05.2018. Further submission is that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
