Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but in course of investigation his name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused and it came to light that one looted motorcycle had been kept in the house of the petitioner. Moreover, one looted motorcycle of another case was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 14/2015.
