Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution story, in brief is that one country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and other co-accused are also named in the F.I.R. Considering the nature of allegation and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44643 of 2021(4) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner against whom several criminal cases are pending and in this regard petitioner has made specific statement in Para-3 of the bail petition, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The petitioner is directed to undergo one year further custody and thereafter the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, the application stands disposed of.
