This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Brahampur Chakki P.S. Case No. 897 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 43 litres of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for
