2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 419, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority, petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Moreover, petitioner has resigned from the service vide letter no.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35558 of 2023(4) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 27.07.2023 to the Education Department, Jamui vide Annexure1.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
