Petitioner is not named and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Ashok Tanti. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that when the name of the petitioner came in the present case, police implicated him in several other cases, only on the basis of confessional statement.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
