Keeping in view that there is a statutory provision for filing of an appeal, the writ petition would not be maintainable at this stage granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all grounds before the Appellate Authority. The writ petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the delay in filing of the appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.10474 of 2019(4) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 shall be condoned for the purpose of examining the appeal. If an appeal is preferred, the same shall be decided positively within a period of four months.
