Being depressed on account of unchastity of his wife, the deceased consumed poison and died. Petitioner is the said lady.

Taking into account the allegation as well as petitioner being under custody since, 12.09.2014, petitioner, Sahaboon Khatoon @ Giddi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-5th, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna PS. Case No. 71/2014 leading to S.Tr. No. 437/2014.
