2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3. It is alleged that (22 piece each of 200 ml, total 4.440) liters of country made liquor was recovered from car in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is the registered owner of the alleged vehicle.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the said vehicle, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
