The petitioner in the present case is seeking modification of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5963 of 2020 for extension of time to surrender in the learned court below.

Having regard to the submission that the petitioner no. 2 namely Manveer Kumar @ Manveer Sahni was unable to surrender and submit the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5963 of 2020, this Court directs that in case the petitioner no. 2 namely Manveer Kumar @ Manveer Sahni surrenders in the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and furnishes the bail bond in terms of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34666 of 2022(3) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 5963 of 2020, he will be given the benefit of the said order. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
